This web site was developed by Dennis & Eric Smith -- two brothers
who have learned what it takes to build a strong business by providing
great products and excellent service. In 1994, they started Two
Brothers Engraving -- now known as 2 B Personalized --, which has become a successful business in

Using the Shopping Cart
NOTE: Adding an item to the Shopping Cart does not obligate
you to buy it. Like shopping at your local grocery store, the online
Shopping Cart simply holds the items you think you might purchase,
but you do not actually purchase them until you click on the Check
Out button.
When you've finished filling out all the information to order your
boat name or label, click on the "Continue" button found
at the bottom of the page. If you want to order one of the other
items on our site, just click on the "Add to Cart" button;
this will add that item to your Shopping Cart.
To view the items in your Shopping Cart, click on the "Shopping
Cart" link located at the top of each page. You will then be
shown all items currently in your cart. You have several options
at this point... You can delete any item(s) from your cart; change
the quantity being ordered for any item(s); proceed to Check Out
to purchase the items in your cart; or leave this site without buying
anything (which will cause your cart to be emptied).
To add more items to your Shopping Cart, click on the "Back
to Shopping" button located at the top of the Shopping Cart
page and keep adding items as described above.
If you are finished shopping, click on "Check Out" (by
clicking on the link located on the upper-right of each page, or
clicking on the button at the top of the Shopping Cart page).

Ordering 
Review the items in your Shopping Cart and make whatever changes
you want (deleting an item, adding an item, changing the quantity
of an item, etc.). Make any changes you want and then click on
the "Update" button at the bottom of the the Shopping
Cart page. Once your order is finished, click on "Check Out"
(by clicking on the link located on the upper-right of each page,
or clicking on the button at the top of the Shopping Cart page).
A personal information page is then displayed where you will enter
your name, address, email address, credit card info, and any special
instructions for your purchase. You can enter this information with
confidence because this site is a secure
site. And don't worry about getting added to some junk email
list. See our Privacy
Policy.
An Order Confirmation page will then appear. This is your last
chance to change your order. If you have changed your mind about
an item or if you find an inaccuracy, click on the Change Order
button. If everything is correct, click on the Continue button to
complete the transaction.
After your order is submitted, you will see a final Confirmation
Page. Print a copy of this page; it contains valuable information
about your order and will be your receipt.
Your credit card is not immediately charged. We do not charge your
credit card until one of our staff has reviewed your order to make
sure all information is complete and accurate.

Ordering Problems
Does your browser just jump back to the top of the page
when you click the "Continue" button? Then your
browser settings have been changed to disable scripts.
JavaScript is commonly used by web sites to allow interaction between
the site and you. We use scripting to process your order. However,
if your browser preferences were somehow changed to not accept
scripts, then your order won't process. You simply need to return
your browser to its default setting by enabling scripting again.
In Internet Explorer, you do this by following these steps:
- Go to the browser's "Tools" menu and select "Internet
Options."
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click on the "Custom Level" button.
- Scroll down the list until you come to "Scripting: Active
scripting" and make sure that "Enable" is selected.
- Click "OK" and confirm the change.

Payment Security
Online
Payments: In order to protect your credit card information from
theft, a Web Server is being used that supports the SSL protocol.
If your browser supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol (currently
the majority of browsers do), then your credit card information
will be protected whenever you submit a credit card number to us.
We have designed our order software to automatically detect whether
your browser supports secure transactions and it will notify you
if your browser does not support this feature. Our SSL certificate
was issued by GeoTrust® and
is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 and
higher and Netscape/AOL Web browsers version 4.51 and higher.
Secure Payment by Phone: If you still feel uncomfortable
submitting your credit card number online, you also have the option
of placing your order by phone. Call us at (765) 662-2660. (You
will be calling our store location, so the phone will be answered
"Two Brothers Engraving.")

We ship standard UPS Ground, 5-7 days, inside the U.S. We also
ship USPS if requested or beneficial. Shipping charges are based
